Archie Manning in Conversation at the Heindl Center on Friday, Feb. 20

Senatobia, MS (02/12/2026) — Ole Miss and New Orleans Saints football superstar Archie Manning is speaking at Northwest Mississippi Community College's Heindl Center for the Performing Arts on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.

Manning Started his career as an Ole Miss Football Quarterback in 1968, and was a standout from his first season. He ended up as team captain before moving onto the New Orleans Saints in 1971. Since he has become a fan favorite and football legend that is well-respected.

"We welcome legendary NFL and Ole Miss quarterback Archie Manning to the Heindl Center stage for an evening of stories of leadership, perseverance, and family legacy," said Dr. Blake Bostick, director of the Heindl Center. "Archie Manning was born 75 miles from here in Drew, Mississippi and rose to prominence as an All-American Quarterback at Ole Miss. In 1971, the New Orleans Saints made Archie their #1 draft choice. During his 14-year NFL career, he set most Saints passing records, played in Pro Bowls, and was the NFC's most valuable player in 1978. He is a member of the National Football Foundation, the College Hall of Fame, and the Mississippi and Louisiana Halls of Fame.
