by Sarah Smith

Senatobia, MS (10/06/2025) — The Northwest Mississippi Community College Foundation has officially announced the date for the Northwest Soiree. The event will be April 11, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Heindl Center for the Performing Arts. This is the fourth annual Soiree, which benefits the students of Northwest Mississippi Community College. Last year the Soiree raised Over $140,000 for students.

The Northwest Soiree is a formal event, and this year's theme is "A Garden Gala." The Soiree is a night filled with fun that offers an online auction, entertainment, and hors d'oeuvres.

"This event offers a unique opportunity each year to recognize those in our community that contribute to the excellence of Northwest while also strengthening resources that promote the mission of Northwest. Funds raised from the Soiree enables the college to enhance students' learning opportunities and experiences, broaden employee development, and address important needs at the college."

Stay tuned for future information and updates about the Soiree, including the headlining performer, the ticket announcement date, headlining sponsor, and honorees, which will all be announced in the subsequent months.
