Whiteside receives MNF nursing scholarship
Senatobia, MS (11/29/2022) — Amanda Crawford, executive director of the Mississippi Nurses Foundation, presents Northwest Mississippi Community College sophomore Tyler Whiteside of Southaven with the organization's School of Nursing Scholarship during the Department of Nursing's Alpha Delta Nu graduate luncheon Nov. 16. The $1,000 scholarship, chosen by nursing faculty, is awarded to students enrolled in accredited associate or baccalaureate degree nursing programs in Mississippi. Whiteside, who will earn his associate degree this fall, is currently president of Northwest's Alpha Delta Nu chapter. Alpha Delta Nu is a national honor society for associate degree nursing students.
